Welding manipulators(column and boom) are a kind of widely-used and high-automated auxiliary equipment in welding industry. Through the ratation of column and retraction of boom, welding manipulator meets welding requierments of cylinders with different sizes. Welding head is fixed at one end of manipulator to carry out automatic welding. This kind of welding manipulator could also be operated in match with welding rotator(turning roll) to carry out circumferential and longitudinal welding of inside and outside seam, which has got extensive application in bolier, Petrochemical, Shipbuilding and steel structure industries.

Structure : fixed type, fixed with rotation and movable type.

Both column and boom are cold-blended and go through annealing treatment.

There is anti-falling device to ensure the safety of boom lifting.

Boom retracting adopts VFD, being stable and reliable.

X-Y slide is fixed on one end of boom, which can be controlled by hand control panel.

Control roller bears eccentric shaft, which can decrease clearance between roller and rail.

Column rotation could be recognized by manual operation or electric drive.

Control unit includes: electric control board and hand control panel.

Optional: Trolley, Director chair or platform, dragchain, seam tracking and monitor system, and flux recovery system.

焊接操作機(jī)是一種應(yīng)用廣泛、自動(dòng)化程度高的一種焊接輔助設(shè)備，它通過(guò)橫臂的升降、伸縮和立柱的回轉(zhuǎn)，可滿足不同工件的焊接需要。本設(shè)備的橫臂前端需配備焊機(jī)，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)焊接。該設(shè)備還可以與焊接滾輪架組合成焊接中心，可實(shí)現(xiàn)圓筒形金屬結(jié)構(gòu)件的內(nèi)外環(huán)縫和縱縫的自動(dòng)焊接，廣泛應(yīng)用于鍋爐、石化、造船、汽車、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)等行業(yè)。本焊接中心結(jié)構(gòu)先進(jìn)、功能齊全、控制靈活、操作方便，是提高焊接質(zhì)量和實(shí)現(xiàn)焊接自動(dòng)化的理想設(shè)備。

①焊接操作機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)形式分為：固定式，固定帶回轉(zhuǎn)式，移動(dòng)帶回轉(zhuǎn)式。

②立柱和橫臂均采用冷彎焊接結(jié)構(gòu)，整體折邊成型，并經(jīng)退火處理后精加工，具有較好剛性及強(qiáng)度。

③為安全起見(jiàn)，橫臂升降裝置配有意外防墜落裝置，采用棘條棘爪結(jié)構(gòu)。

④橫臂伸縮采用變頻調(diào)速，穩(wěn)定可靠。

⑤橫臂前端配有十字微調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)，可通過(guò)手控盒調(diào)節(jié)。

⑥八只導(dǎo)向輪均采用偏心輪結(jié)構(gòu)形式，在安裝調(diào)試時(shí)，可以調(diào)節(jié)偏心軸從而調(diào)節(jié)對(duì)導(dǎo)軌的松緊，調(diào)整結(jié)束后，通過(guò)雙級(jí)螺母鎖緊。

⑦立柱回轉(zhuǎn)分為電控箱和手工盒兩部分。

⑧可選項(xiàng)：移動(dòng)臺(tái)車，載人座椅和平臺(tái)，拖鏈走線，焊縫跟蹤和監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)，焊劑輸送回收系統(tǒng)。
