□ 概述
YCT 系列電磁調(diào)速電動(dòng)機(jī)是機(jī)械工業(yè)部組織設(shè)計(jì)的Y 系列異步電動(dòng)機(jī)的主要派生系
列。電磁調(diào)速電動(dòng)機(jī)由拖動(dòng)電機(jī)（Y 系列電動(dòng)機(jī)）、電磁轉(zhuǎn)差離合器和控制器三部份組成，
可用于恒轉(zhuǎn)距負(fù)載場(chǎng)合，特別適宜在遞減轉(zhuǎn)矩負(fù)載中使用（例如離心式水泵和風(fēng)機(jī)），有較
明顯的節(jié)能效果。
YCT 系列電磁調(diào)速電動(dòng)機(jī)能在規(guī)定的調(diào)速范圍內(nèi)均勻地、連續(xù)地?zé)o級(jí)調(diào)速，并能輸出
額定轉(zhuǎn)矩，電機(jī)在運(yùn)行中當(dāng)負(fù)載轉(zhuǎn)矩變動(dòng)時(shí)可通過(guò)控制器的速度負(fù)反饋系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)離合器
的勵(lì)磁電流，使輸出轉(zhuǎn)速基本上保持不變。
本系列電機(jī)有全國(guó)統(tǒng)一的技術(shù)條件，并且外形安裝尺寸、拖動(dòng)電機(jī)及其它易損件全國(guó)各
生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)均為統(tǒng)一，可以互換。
□ Description
The YCT series electromagnetic andjustable speed motor is one of the derived series from Y
series asynchronous motor,which is designed under the organization of the Minstry of Mechaical
& Electronic Industries of the PRC The electromagnetic adjustable speed motor is composed of
three parts, ie. The driving motor (Y series motor) electromagnetic slip coupling and controller. It
is usually used under a constant torque load and is particularly suitable for the use under the load
with a decreasing torque such as the centrifugal pump and blower, etc. featuring evident
energy-saving efficiency.
The speed of the electromagnetic adjustable speed motor can be adjusted uniformly
continuously and steplessly within the specified adjustable speed range with an output of rated
torque. When the loading torque is changed during the running of the motor, the exciting current
of the coupling can be reguated automatically by the speed negative feedback system of the
controller so as to keep the output speed free of any variation basically.
There is a State Standard for the technical specifications of YCT series motor. Besides, the
overall & installation dimensions, driving motor, other easy-wearing parts of the motor in YTC
series are the same even if they are made by different domestic manufacturers, featuring high
exchangeability.

機(jī)、印刷機(jī)、水泵、鼓風(fēng)機(jī)、回轉(zhuǎn)爐、拉線(xiàn)機(jī)、卷紙機(jī)、卷板機(jī)、壓延機(jī)、空調(diào)設(shè)備、輸送
設(shè)備等。
□ Applications:
The YCT series clectromagnetic adjustable speed motor can be used in painting lines,
transmission belts of assembly lines, plastic injecting machines, dyeing machines, printing
machines, pumps, blowers rotary furnaces, wire drawing machines, calendars, airconditioning
equipments, transfer equipments, etc.

1、用戶(hù)選用于本系列電機(jī)時(shí)，應(yīng)使選用電機(jī)的額定轉(zhuǎn)矩大于或等于負(fù)載轉(zhuǎn)矩。
2、訂購(gòu)時(shí)須說(shuō)明產(chǎn)品型號(hào)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)功率，調(diào)速范圍，是否需要控制器，測(cè)速發(fā)電機(jī)為何
種等。
例：YCT160－4B，3KW.1250~125r/min 單機(jī)運(yùn)行，不需附控制器，中頻測(cè)速發(fā)電機(jī)。
又例：YCT250-4A,18.5KW.1320~132r/min 四臺(tái)齊速運(yùn)行，脈沖測(cè)速發(fā)電機(jī)。
3、如需要特殊型式或特殊規(guī)格的YCT 系列電機(jī)，請(qǐng)先于聯(lián)系，根據(jù)具體情況可以另行
設(shè)計(jì)，試制。
□ Ordering information
1) It is suggested that the user should select the YCT series motor. The rated torque of which
should be larger than or equal to the load torque.
2) All the informations about the model, nominal power. Adjustable speed range. Whether the
controller required. Variety of tachogenerator. etc, must be clearly indicated in the contract.
For example: YCT160-4B, 3KW. 1250-125r/min, single-motor running without controller,
medium-frequency tachogenerator.
Another example: YCT250-4A, 18.5KW. 1320-132r/min, 4-motor running, pulse
tachogenerator.
3) Special types and specifications of YCT series motors can be designed and arranged in a
trial production upon negotiation.
