InfraCal CVH水中含油分析儀的原理
Infracal型TOG/TPH紅外分析儀是基于快速測定水和土壤樣品中總油脂（TOG）和總石油烴（TPH）濃度的紅外光譜方法，其工作原理符合朗伯-比爾定律。即用一束強度為I0的特征紅外光照射樣品，由于油脂對特征紅外光產(chǎn)生吸收，透射光強度會減弱為I，樣品對特征紅外光的吸光度則為A=lg I0/I。根據(jù)光吸收的朗伯-比爾定律，吸光度與樣品中油脂濃度（C）的關(guān)系為A=abC，其中a為吸光系數(shù)，b為樣品池厚度，即樣品的吸光度與油脂濃度成正比。通常廠家出廠時已經(jīng)用一組溶度已知的待測樣品建立了標(biāo)定體系，用戶可以得知吸光度與油脂濃度的關(guān)系式，根據(jù)該關(guān)系式和被測樣品的吸光度，可以求出被測樣品中的油脂濃度。維爾克斯光電供應(yīng)美國Wilks InfraCal CVH紅外測油儀
